Orders shipped directly from DTI Sports ship via UPS. Orders drop shipped from our vendors may ship via UPS, FedEx, or truck (goals & field paint). Freight charges are based on the shipping method, destination, and weight. You can choose Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, or Ground. A $2.00 per order handling fee will be added during the checkout process.
In-Stock items are available for purchase right now and will be shipped from our Fife, WA Distribution Center.
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours
Online orders for stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Normal delivery for orders shipping UPS Ground is 3-10 business days. If you live outside of the continental US, your order may take longer.
We make every effort to accurately reflect current inventory levels. However, it is possible that the status may change due to heavy demand or an inventory error. If an item requested is not available you will be contacted via email.
Estimated time in transit for Ground shipping:
- Pacific: 1 to 3 business days
- Mountain: 3 to 4 business days
- Central: 3 to 5 business days
- Eastern: 5 to 6 business days
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items indicated as special order (items we do not stock) are available for purchase right now, but processing time takes 3 to 7 business days; depending on the manufacturer. Once your order has been processed by the manufacturer, it will ship via your specified shipping method for delivery within 4 to 14 business days.
If you have purchased customization the item(s) will ship to you from us and the delivery date will increase 5 to 10 business days.
All special order items are subject to vendor availability and will arrive separately from the other items in your order. In the event an item ordered is not available from the manufacturer, you will be notified via email and a refund for the item(s) will be issued.

With the exception of Canada, we do not ship internationally.
Unless otherwise instructed, out of stock items will automatically be back ordered and shipped as soon as they are available.
REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT
If a shipment is refused (excludes goals or paint damaged in transit), the customer will be charged for all freight and handling charges. A restocking charge of 10% (25% on goals, paint, and large field equipment items) will be applied. Customer is also responsible for any costs / storage charges that may arise from delaying delivery of a shipment / diverting shipment to another address. Any further orders will be prepaid only.
